Consiliul de administra\u021bie, pentru gestionarea modelului de organizare \u0219i control prev\u0103zut \u00een Decretul legislativ 231\/01, pentru a verifica adecvarea \u0219i func\u021bionalitatea sistemului de control intern \u0219i pentru a propune conducerii punerea \u00een aplicare a unui plan de ac\u021biune adecvat \u00een vederea atenu\u0103rii expunerii la riscurile
